This page describes how Zentrali (by Baiko) handles the personal data associated with browsing this site, in line with Chile’s Law 21.719 on personal data protection.

Data we collect

On this site we collect aggregated usage data (page views, interactions, performance metrics) through analytics tools, and the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form (name, company, email and your message) to schedule a demo.

Tools and purpose

Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager): traffic and conversion measurement.
Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session recordings, with form inputs masked.
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: cookie-free performance metrics.

Cookie-based analytics (GA4 and Clarity) only load after you consent, through Google Consent Mode v2. We never send your name, email or form content to analytics.

We also store a technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) with your language preference. It is not used for analytics.

Your rights and contact

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by emailing contacto@baiko.cl. You can also change your cookie choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
